About the Role
As a Senior AI Architect, you will not just write code; you will define the computational logic of our future. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical alignment.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal systems.
- Optimize Inference: Reduce latency and improve throughput for real-time AI applications running on edge devices.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum researchers to hybridize classical neural networks with quantum algorithms.
- System Leadership: Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and define coding standards for the AI infrastructure team.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust data privacy measures and ensure compliance with emerging global AI regulations (2026 standards).
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring cutting-edge research papers and integrating novel techniques into production.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust (for high-performance systems).
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
