What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Transformer models and Edge AI deployment for 2026 standards.
- Code Excellence: Write high-performance, secure code primarily in Python and Rust, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical realities.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead AI or Machine Learning architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and modern machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record architecting solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure with a focus on serverless and containerized environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and optimize performance under heavy load.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
