Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into real-world applications and enterprise solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, model deployment, and ethical AI usage within the organization.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and computer vision architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
