Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 core AI framework.
- Oversee the research and development of scalable neural networks and deep learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready solutions.
- Define technical standards, coding best practices, and architectural patterns for the engineering department.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with next-gen AI implementations.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior architects and engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Publish patents and whitepapers on advanced AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and high-performance computing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts is a significant plus.
