The Role:
You will be responsible for designing the architecture of our flagship AI products, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production deployment, working closely with engineering and product teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure and pipelines using cloud-native technologies.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and optimization of LLMs and neural networks for high-performance inference.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- System Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into scalable web and mobile applications.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Programming: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, with strong experience in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
