Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI infrastructure pipelines.
- Lead the design of proprietary algorithms for natural language processing and computer vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs or transformer models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
