As a Senior AI Architect, you will define the technical roadmap for our core machine learning platforms, ensuring our solutions are at the cutting edge of innovation. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, working with a world-class team of data scientists and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design & Architect: Lead the end-to-end architecture design for large-scale machine learning systems, including LLMs, predictive analytics, and computer vision pipelines.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision for AI product development, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for enterprise clients.
- Implementation Leadership: Oversee the implementation of complex algorithms and frameworks, providing mentorship to junior architects and engineers.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimization: Drive initiatives to optimize model latency, reduce inference costs, and improve overall system efficiency.
- R&D: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI/ML, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies (e.g., reinforcement learning, generative AI) into our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability, fault-tolerant systems handling millions of requests.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior talent.
