Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines for large-scale AI applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure AI safety and compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a high-growth startup or tech giant.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, or Computer Vision.
