Responsibilities
- Architect AGI Systems: Design and implement the core infrastructure for Artificial General Intelligence, focusing on scalability, reasoning capabilities, and memory integration.
- Pioneering Research: Lead internal research initiatives to push the boundaries of LLMs (Large Language Models) and multi-modal agents.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment of models in edge and cloud environments, ensuring low-latency inference and high throughput.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish protocols for responsible AI, ensuring safety, fairness, and transparency in all deployed systems.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Modeling: Proven track record of implementing state-of-the-art architectures (Transformers, GNNs, RNNs).
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
