Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI agent architectures using Python and PyTorch.
- Develop sophisticated prompt engineering strategies for multi-step reasoning tasks.
- Optimize model inference and latency for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define the roadmap for autonomous software.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge techniques in RAG, fine-tuning, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Establish MLOps best practices for model deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, LLMs, and Vector Databases.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
