Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior AI & Agentic Architect to lead our technology roadmap, specifically focusing on the revolutionary advancements expected by 2026. You will be at the forefront of designing scalable, secure, and ethical systems that define the future of enterprise intelligence.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, high-impact application. We are not just building for today; we are architecting the infrastructure that will power the next generation of autonomous agents and generative workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, focusing on Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native AI infrastructures using Kubernetes and Serverless computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the implementation of MLOps pipelines to ensure model accuracy, retraining, and deployment efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural planning sessions to maintain high standards of engineering excellence.
- Drive innovation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern AI frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
