Job Description
Are you ready to architect the intelligence layer of the future? Horizon AI Systems is seeking a visionary Senior AI Agent Architect to lead the development of next-generation autonomous agents. In this pivotal role, you will define the protocols for self-learning systems that redefine human-computer interaction. Join us in shaping the landscape of 2026 and beyond, where autonomous systems drive the next wave of industrial and creative innovation.
We are looking for a builder who is not just comfortable with the future, but who is actively coding it. You will work in a high-performance environment where your code directly influences the evolution of autonomous decision-making frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design Multi-Agent Architectures: Architect scalable, secure, and robust multi-agent systems that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for complex reasoning and task execution.
- Implement Advanced Reasoning: Develop sophisticated memory management and planning algorithms that enable agents to perform long-horizon tasks with high accuracy.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference latency and throughput for real-time applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Integration & Deployment: Deploy AI agents across diverse cloud environments (AWS/Azure) using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and guardrails to ensure agent behavior aligns with safety, bias-mitigation, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML or Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, and familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
- Database Mastery: Strong understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Problem Solving: Ability to design complex algorithms to solve ambiguous, real-world problems using data-driven approaches.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
