In this role, you will architect the core logic for next-generation AI agents, ensuring they are safe, scalable, and intelligent. You will work with state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and cutting-edge orchestration frameworks to build systems that don't just assist users—they act.
Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Systems: Design and implement complex, multi-step autonomous workflows using modern LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
- Optimize Performance: Drive improvements in model inference latency and reduce operational costs for large-scale deployments.
- Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate AI agents into enterprise-grade applications.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce rigorous best practices for prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and data privacy.
- Mentorship: Lead technical mentorship for junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on AI/ML or backend systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with deep experience in cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP).
- Frameworks: Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of vector databases, semantic search, and transformer architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
