Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for multi-agent systems using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop robust orchestration frameworks to manage agent workflows, context, and long-term memory.
- Optimize prompt engineering and fine-tuning strategies to achieve zero-shot and few-shot capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to integrate AI agents seamlessly into production environments.
- Research and prototype novel techniques in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation to ensure agent reliability and safety.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML or computational linguistics.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and semantic search.
- Experience deploying models to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for the future of autonomous technology.
