Responsibilities
- Architect Self-Improving Agents: Design and implement agentic architectures that utilize chain-of-thought reasoning and tool use to solve complex, multi-step problems autonomously.
- Optimize Reasoning Loops: Develop algorithms that minimize hallucination and maximize the accuracy of autonomous decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Integrate LLMs: Seamlessly integrate and fine-tune proprietary and open-source Large Language Models to power our agent's cognitive capabilities.
- Build Tool-Using Systems: Create robust APIs and middleware that allow agents to interact with external databases, cloud services, and real-world APIs safely and efficiently.
- Debug and Monitor: Implement advanced observability tools to monitor agent behavior, debug reasoning paths, and ensure system safety and reliability.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers and UX designers to define the roadmap for AI-driven autonomous features.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years specifically in AI/ML or Agentic AI development.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- LLM Expertise: Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques (PEFT, LoRA).
- System Design: Experience designing scalable distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput inference and real-time data processing.
- Mathematics: Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
