Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement complex, autonomous AI agent systems using Python and modern orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (via LoRA, PEFT, or full fine-tuning) to maximize inference speed and reduce token costs in high-volume production.
- Research Implementation: Translate state-of-the-art academic research into practical, deployable features, focusing on Chain-of-Thought reasoning and tool-use capabilities.
- System Reliability: Build robust error-handling and monitoring systems to ensure agent stability and graceful degradation.
- Collaboration: Partner with Product and Data Science teams to define the 2026 AI vision and deliver high-impact user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow; deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with Hugging Face ecosystem, LangChain, or similar agent orchestration libraries.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in unstructured environments.
