Job Description
Join the Pioneers of the Agentic Era.
Nexus Future Systems is seeking a visionary Senior Agentic AI Architect to lead the development of autonomous AI agents that redefine productivity. As we look toward 2026, we are building the infrastructure for the next generation of self-driving software. If you are obsessed with Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous decision-making, and scalable distributed systems, this is your stage.
You will be at the forefront of integrating advanced reasoning capabilities into production environments, ensuring our AI agents are not just tools, but intelligent partners.
Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Systems: Design and build scalable, multi-agent frameworks capable of complex reasoning and task execution without human intervention.
- LLM Integration: Optimize fine-tuning and prompt engineering strategies to enhance the reliability and accuracy of agentic workflows.
- System Performance: Implement robust guardrails and safety mechanisms to ensure AI decisions align with business logic and ethical standards.
- Prototype Future Tech: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging 2026 technologies, including memory-augmented models and tool-using agents.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate abstract requirements into concrete, deployable architectures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML or Agentic systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and experience with major LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGPT).
- Distributed Systems: Strong understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Mathematical Aptitude: Solid grasp of linear algebra, statistics, and probability theory.
- Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex, multi-layered system failures and optimize for low latency and high throughput.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
