Responsibilities
- Process 200+ invoices weekly ensuring accuracy and timely payment
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts and maintain AP ledger integrity
- Optimize invoice workflows using NetSuite ERP system
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
- Prepare month-end closing reports and AP aging analysis
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or AP certification preferred
- Experience with 3-way matching and PO systems
