Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, verification, and payment execution
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Implement and optimize AP workflows using NetSuite ERP system
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor payment terms
- Conduct month-end closing activities and AP reconciliations
- Support internal audits and compliance documentation
- Lead process improvement initiatives for efficiency gains
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience with high-volume processing
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial controls
- Proven experience in vendor management and payment optimization
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- AP certification (CAPP) preferred
