Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Optimize payment workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve payment disputes
- Analyze vendor payment data for cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP modules
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation preferred
- Proven track record in process improvement and automation initiatives
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
