Responsibilities
- Streamline invoice processing and payment cycles for 500+ vendors
- Lead month-end closing activities with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Optimize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for AP automation
- Conduct vendor audits and contract compliance reviews
- Collaborate with Treasury on cash flow forecasting
- Mentor junior AP team members on best practices
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for AP workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with CPA preferred
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in tech/finance
- Expertise in 3-way matching and intercompany reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- SAP or Oracle ERP implementation experience
- Proven track record of process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
