Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies in ERP systems
- Implement process improvements using automation tools
- Collaborate with global teams on month-end closing
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audits
- Train AP staff on new procedures and technologies
- Optimize cash flow through early payment programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expert knowledge of SOX 404 compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with robotic process automation (RPA)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
