Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using SAP and Oracle systems
- Collaborate with procurement on payment terms and vendor management
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
- Analyze payment trends and implement cost-saving initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with 3+ years AP experience
- Expert proficiency in SAP and Oracle financial modules
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- SOX compliance and internal audit experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or APICS preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
- Remote work experience with strong time management
