Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, coding, and approval within established turnaround times.
- Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts, resolving discrepancies and answering vendor inquiries promptly.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including aging summaries and payment schedules.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and audits.
- Manage electronic payments and bank reconciliations using [Software Name, e.g., Oracle NetSuite or SAP].
- Review and approve expense reports in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and improve process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
