Responsibilities
- End-to-end AP cycle management including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor reconciliation
- Optimize payment workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to reduce processing time by 30%
- Lead month-end closing activities and support internal/external audits
- Develop process improvements for vendor onboarding and dispute resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with 5+ years of AP experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Certification in AP (APCP or similar) strongly preferred
- Expertise in Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Proven track record of process optimization and automation
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
