Responsibilities
- Process and verify a high volume of invoices for accuracy, coding, and approval.
- Manage vendor relationships, including responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Reconcile credit card statements and petty cash accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
