Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for high-volume transactions
- Optimize vendor payment cycles and negotiate early payment discounts
- Conduct comprehensive 3-way matching and invoice reconciliation
- Develop and implement process improvements using ERP systems
- Lead month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly financial reviews
- Mentor junior AP team members and cross-departmental stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Demonstrated experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships effectively
