Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage payment cycles including ACH, wire transfers, and check processing
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize vendor relationships
- Implement and maintain internal controls for AP processes
- Generate monthly AP reports and support month-end closing activities
- Train and mentor junior AP staff on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience with high-volume processing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros
- Certification in Accounts Payable (e.g., CAPP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Remote work experience with proven self-management
