Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for 500+ vendors
- Optimize invoice processing using Oracle ERP automation tools
- Lead month-end closing activities with 98%+ accuracy
- Implement process improvements reducing processing time by 20%
- Conduct vendor audits and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
- Maintain compliance with SOX and internal controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Financials or SAP
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and PO validation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing cross-functional finance teams
- Proven ability to implement process automation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
