Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Optimize invoice workflows using SAP and NetSuite ERP systems
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor payment terms and discounts
- Support month-end closing and audit preparations
- Analyze AP metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in accounts payable with high-volume transaction processing
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite)
- Expert-level Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table mastery
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Proven experience with 3-way matching and PO-based workflows
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
