Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and 3-way matching for $5M+ monthly payments
- Optimize AP workflows using NetSuite ERP and automate reconciliation processes
- Manage international vendor payments and FX currency conversions
- Lead month-end closing activities and AP-related audit preparations
- Implement cost-saving initiatives through vendor payment term negotiations
- Train junior AP staff on compliance and system best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP AP modules
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation preferred
- Proven experience managing international payment operations
- Expert knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for $50K+ transactions
