Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Process expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
- Optimize payment cycles using NetSuite and QuickBooks
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on cost-saving initiatives
- Conduct quarterly audits of payment processes
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-size companies
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and QuickBooks
- Expertise in 3-way matching and invoice verification
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with EDI and B2B payment platforms
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions
- BS in Accounting or Finance required
