Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for high-volume transactions
- Optimize vendor payment cycles and negotiate early payment discounts
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers with GL accounts monthly
- Implement automation solutions using NetSuite and SAP
- Lead month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Conduct internal controls audits and compliance reviews
- Mentor junior AP specialists through training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of high-volume AP management experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Proven experience implementing process automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
