Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers with general ledger
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries
- Implement and improve AP workflows using SAP/Oracle systems
- Conduct month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury departments
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
