Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms for 500+ global suppliers
- Implement and optimize AP automation workflows using Oracle NetSuite
- Conduct month-end closing procedures and support financial audits
- Analyze payment trends and recommend process improvements for cost reduction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on expense reporting and procurement
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience in tech or finance
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite/SAP preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial modeling
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation preferred
- Proven experience with global payment processing and tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder management
