Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing, payment verification, and vendor reconciliation
- Implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and enhance accuracy
- Coordinate with global teams to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Oversee month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Lead vendor relationship management and contract negotiations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a tech or manufacturing environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Certification in Accounts Payable (APC) or Finance degree preferred
- Proven track record of process optimization and cost reduction
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international vendors
