Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for 500+ vendors
- Optimize invoice processing using NetSuite ERP system
- Conduct three-way matching and resolve payment discrepancies
- Lead month-end close activities and accrual calculations
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
- Analyze payment trends and process improvement opportunities
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and audit requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- SAP or Oracle AP module certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with international payment processing
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
