Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile 500+ invoices monthly using Oracle Financials
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Implement cost-saving initiatives through AP automation tools
- Conduct month-end closing activities and accruals
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and payment terms
- Analyze AP metrics to identify process optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in mid/large companies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and PO validation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience implementing AP automation solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
