Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Manage 3-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize vendor relationship benefits
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP reconciliation
- Train junior staff on AP best practices and compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or AP certification preferred
- Proven track record in process optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to meet urgent deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
