Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for 200+ vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Process high-volume payments via ACH and wire transfers
- Optimize invoice processing workflow using SAP/Oracle
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Implement process improvements reducing processing time by 15%
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and payment records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-sized companies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system expertise
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Experience with high-volume payment processing
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
