Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize payment workflows using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Collaborate with procurement to resolve payment disputes and discounts
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for AP efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Exceptional Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing high-volume AP cycles ($50M+ annually)
