Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice processing, coding, and payment execution.
- Reconcile AP statements and resolve vendor discrepancies efficiently.
- Perform 3-way matching on invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update vendor master records and payment terms.
- Prepare monthly AP aging reports and variance analysis for management.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to improve purchasing processes.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on vendor relations.
