Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Optimize invoice validation and 3-way matching workflows
- Oversee ACH/wire payments and expense report reimbursements
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Implement process improvements using ERP automation tools
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Maintain vendor master data and payment terms documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-size companies
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Certification in Accounts Payable (CAPP) preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Experience with high-volume payment processing (1000+ invoices/month)
- Strong analytical skills for variance investigation
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments
