Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions within SLAs
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage 1099 reporting and tax compliance
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor master data
- Analyze payment trends for cost-saving opportunities
- Implement process improvements using SAP/Oracle
Qualifications
- 5+ years AP experience with ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Strong GAAP and internal controls knowledge
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Ability to manage competing deadlines
