Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage 3-way matching for procurement transactions
- Oversee A/P aging reports and payment scheduling
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor payment terms
- Implement process improvements for efficiency gains
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or tech industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced setting
