Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, 3-way matching, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize AP workflows through automation initiatives and process improvements
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor terms and early payment discount opportunities
- Prepare month-end closing reports and support external audits
- Maintain accurate vendor master data in Oracle ERP system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years AP experience
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle EBS or SAP AP modules
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and internal controls compliance
- Proven experience in high-volume AP environments ($50M+ transactions)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- AP automation tools (Coupa, Tipalti) implementation experience
