Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, verification, and payment execution
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and payment records in Oracle ERP
- Analyze payment trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor reconciliation and payment processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
