Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Optimize AP workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor management and payment terms
- Prepare month-end closing reports and support financial audits
- Implement process improvements to reduce processing time and errors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with high-volume invoice processing and payment cycles
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve disputes
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
