Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and 3-way matching in SAP system
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Coordinate with procurement on invoice discrepancies and payment terms
- Assist in month-end closing activities and AP reporting
- Implement process improvements for AP efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot tables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing (>200 invoices/month)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environment
