Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices with 99.8% accuracy within SLA timelines
- Reconcile 3-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Manage international payment processing across 15+ currencies
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor disputes within 48 hours
- Optimize AP workflows using NetSuite ERP system
- Lead month-end closing activities for accounts payable subledger
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment strategies
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP processing experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, or comparable ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation preferred
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements
- Experience with international payment processing and tax compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Ability to prioritize 50+ daily transactions with competing deadlines
